How to Get to diving Sipalay
Sipalay City is located on the west side of Negros. Negros is a big Island
in the West-Visayas. There are two possibilities to reach the Island by
plane, either by Dumaguete or Bacolod. It is 4 to 5 hours by bus and 3-hour
